Personal Training

The Program

One Coach, All About You

Personal training starts with a full movement assessment: how you squat, hinge, push and breathe. Your coach then builds a phased program around your body, your injuries and your ambitions — whether that is your first 5K, a pain-free back, or a 100-kilo deadlift.

Sessions run 60 minutes, one to three times per week, with technique video review and a nutrition framework between visits. This is the fastest route to lasting change.

“After two slipped discs I thought heavy training was over for me. My coach rebuilt my deadlift from a kettlebell to triple digits — pain-free. Worth every cent.” — Daniel O., member since 2022
