You cannot out-train an empty tank — but you also do not need a supplement shelf to recover well. These are the nutrition rules our coaches actually follow with members, built for busy people who train hard and eat real food.
1. PROTEIN WITHIN TWO HOURS
Aim for 25–40 grams of protein in the two hours after training — eggs and toast, Greek yoghurt with oats, chicken and rice, or a simple shake. Members on our Premium plan get personalised targets, but this window covers 80% of the benefit.
2. DINNER THAT LETS YOU SLEEP
Recovery happens overnight. Keep evening meals rich in slow carbs and magnesium — sweet potato, leafy greens, salmon, bananas — and cut caffeine after 2 PM. Members who fix sleep routinely add kilos to their lifts within a month.
3. HYDRATE LIKE IT'S TRAINING
A two-percent fluid loss measurably dents strength and focus. Drink a large glass on waking, keep water at your desk, and add electrolytes for sessions over an hour or any heated yoga class.
